ABOUT
Osiri Innovation Learning Center (OILC) engages in educational mentorship, educational consulting, and educational training. The advantage of the Osiri Innovation Learning Center is the intensive focus on enrichment activities, which gives participants and clients a LEG up.
Leadership Program
Our clients, young and old, can participate in leadership workshops designed to develop emotional intelligence, character, self-awareness, listening skills, public speaking, and debating skills. These are offered virtually or in-person.
Entrepreneurship Program
We invite emerging entrepreneurs to participate in team-based sustainable entrepreneurship programs rooted within indigenous communities and cultures. Entrepreneurial ideas can range from agricultural, food, fashion and related projects.
Global Competency Program
Students can participate in cross-cultural workshops, foreign language sessions with native or fluent speakers, international peer virtual conferences and study abroad programs.
APPROACH
Our approach at OILC is to personalize connections with clients through OILC Learning Coaches. A Learning Coach actively monitors, assists, and motivates the client’s progress to ensure progress. The role and responsibilities of the Learning Coach may vary based on the needs of the client. Coaches help clients create an actionable plan. They will also help clients identify resources for learning skills like design and coding, fashion and creative arts, etc.
